Guidelines on setting up mentorship schemes

Supporting resettled refugees to settle into their country of resettlement.

These guidelines are a practical tool to support those interested in setting up mentorship
schemes for resettled refugees
to help them settle into their country of resettlement.
It is intended for individuals, volunteer groups, associations, municipalities, civil society
organizations (CSOs) and others looking for a community-based approach through which
the active membership and engagement of communities and broader society contribute
to the inclusion and integration of newcomers.

These guidelines were developed in the framework of the COMMIT project,
however, they have deliberately been kept as general as possible so that they can inspire other
initiatives and be adapted to and used in other contexts.
