The Skills2Work project has identified many good practices within nine European Member States.
One of the good practices focuses on Mohamed’s story: Mohamed is a valued employee at Cremeria La Rosa, an ice cream shop in Italy. Mohamed left Somalia due to instability, extreme poverty and civil war. Now he is developing his career in Italy – after working as an intern, he secured an employment contract.
