Assistance to vulnerable families and people

The project

Material and medical assistance provided to vulnerable families and people irrespective of their country of origin, religion, age, gender. The support provided may include: financial support provided on monthly basis, meals provided by the Social Eating House of the Municipality, counseling for accessing the labour market, support in enrolling the migrant children in school, psychological counseling, financial support for rent, allocation of social houses.

The impact of the good practice

The Third Country Nationals supported by the Directorate are more confident in their chances to succeed in their new community and they do not feel excluded by the society.
